Our pasteurised incubated substrates enable a first flush after 8 to 10 days for a yield level of between 18 and 30% depending on the different varieties.

Mushroom varieties

Controlling the quality of the substrate is based on a rigorous selection of all the ingredients (95% of French origin) used in our recipes.

Grey oyster mushroom

EUROSUBSTRAT CALLAC offers 3 varieties of grey oyster mushroom substrates available as conventional.

Yellow oyster mushroom

This mushroom, which is still not widely available, allows our customers to differentiate themselves. It is perceived as more refined.

Pink oyster mushroom

This variety is popular with restaurateurs in France and is already more widely available to consumers in Europe.
